PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICE CONTRACT

By checking the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions of personaltrainersanantoniotexas.com or by purchasing a package on the pricing and packaging page, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

This Personal Training Service Contract (the "Contract") is entered into between the  client ("Client") and Personal Trainer San Antonio Texas LLC ("Company") as of the date of checking the agreement to the Terms & Conditions or on the date of purchase of any package.

 

1. SERVICES AND TRAINER STATUS

1.1 The Company engages qualified trainers who operate as subcontractors to provide personal training services to the Client.

2. SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT

2.1 All training sessions, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, shall be managed through the member portal on personaltrainersanantoniotexas.com.

2.2 Sessions must be purchased in advance as packages through the pricing and packaging page on personaltrainersanantoniotexas.com.

2.3 All sessions are on a use-or-lose basis and expire within 90 days from the date of purchase.

2.4 Time slots for sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

3. PAYMENT POLICY

3.1 All purchases are subject to an "all sales are final, no refund" policy.

3.2 Client acknowledges and agrees that once a package is purchased, it is non-refundable.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 The Client is responsible for adhering to the use-or-lose policy and scheduling sessions within the specified 90-day period.

4.2 The Client acknowledges that time slots are subject to availability, and the Company cannot guarantee specific time slots.

5. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

5.1 Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice to the other party.

5.2 In the event of termination, the Client will not be entitled to a refund for any unused sessions.

6. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES

6.1 The Company does not guarantee specific results from personal training sessions, and individual results may vary.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

7.1 Both the Client and the Company agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal and proprietary information shared during the training sessions.
